Gel: Rinse & strain to remove sea debris and salts. Refill with room-temperature water for a couple of hours. Add to a blender, blend until smooth, and store in a mason jar.
Gel with heat: Rinse & strain to remove sea debris and salts. Add 1 cup of Irish Moss to 2 liters of water on the stove. Allow water to reach just before boiling point then put heat on low. Let sit until it turns into gel. Stir occasionally. Store in a mason jar.
