Brew
Use 2 tsp - 1 tbsp per cup of spring water. Add herbs to water, cover the pot with a lid and bring water to boil. Once boiling, put to low and simmer low 20-25 mins covered. Consume 2-3x a day.
To make one big batch use the same amount of herbs per cup and store in a glass mason jar.
